Our House is a Crest Duplex with separate, private entrances for each floor.
The two floors can be rented separately or you can rent both for an extended family or for multiple families.
It is available to rent by the week (Saturday-to-Saturday) and for off-season weekends.
*** We rent to FAMILIES ONLY - No high school, college or civic groups, chaperoned or not, are permitted. ***
*** The house is NON-SMOKING and PETS are NOT ALLOWED. ***
We are located in the quiet southern part of Wildwood Crest. Wildwood Crest beaches are FREE - no beach tags are required.
We are 3 blocks to the Ocean, 1-1/2 blocks to the Bay.
It is just a 5 minute drive to the Wildwood Boardwalk and a 15 minute drive to Cape May Shopping.
Each Floor has independently-controlled Central Air Conditioning.
All Bedrooms, Living Rooms, and Kitchens have ceiling fans.
Free Wifi is provided.
Each floor has:
A Spacious Living Room with a 40" Flat Screen TV with a Roku with Hulu with Live TV and a DVD player.
A Well Equipped Eat-in Kitchen with Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Garbage Disposal, Blender, Dishes, Utensils, Glasses, Pots/Pans
A Full Bath
Rear Deck with tables and chairs
A private, enclosed Outdoor Shower
An outdoor clothesline
An outdoor gas grill
Each floor has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8:
BR1: Queen Bed with 32" Flat Screen TV with a Roku with Hulu with Live TV
BR2: Queen Bed with 32" Flat Screen TV with a Roku with Hulu with Live TV
BR3: Twin Bunk Bed and a Twin Single bed with slide-out Twin Trundle plus a 32" Flat Screen TV with a Roku with Hulu with Live TV and a DVD player
The First Floor adds:
A Powder Room with toilet and sink
3-car driveway
Covered Front Porch with seating
The Second Floor has:
On-Street parking - 3 on-street spots are generally open right in front of the house. The parking in the area is NOT metered.
